Delivery from our olive mill is carried out by transport agency.
Delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within a maximum period of 15 days.
To apply for a refund, you will have to contact us and provide details of the order.
Once we receive the product, we will check that it is the original and in perfect condition.
Once this is confirmed we will refund the money.
5. CANCELATION RIGHTS
If for some reason the payment does not arrive, the seller reserves the right to not process the order. Any fraudulent use of the website gives the seller to the right to reject the order, with the seller being able to claim damages.
